Passivhaus is a German building standard with a fabric-first approach which focuses on energy efficiency and future-proofing homes and buildings. The high specification MVHR systems provide ventilation and high efficiency heat recovery to help reduce heating bills throghout the winter months. We provided a full ventilation package service including first fix semi-rigid ducting, 2nd fix units and full commissioning with Domestic Ventilation Compliance certificates.

PassivHaus (or Passive House) is a German building standard that takes a fabric-first approach to building and MVHR Heat Recovery ventilation is and one of the 5 key components of achieving Passivhaus certification. A Passivhaus accredited unit is required. The benefits of Passivhaus include huge energy efficiency and therefore financial benefits, comfortable and healthy air quality as well as protection for the fabric of the building against issues such as damp, mould, and condensation.
