We've developed a simple Vent Check diagnosis tool to help you

If your MVHR or MEV system is noisy, it's not clearing the air, there are error codes or lights are flashing use our HRV Vent diagnosis tool to help try and pinpoint what the problem might be.  SImply answer a few questions, give us your details and we'll be in touch to discuss whether a repair, service of further investigation might be needed.

You need to have the make and model, and ideally the serial number, so if needed we can call the manufacturer.  You'll also get the chance to upload photos and videos to explain a bit more.

Like many household appliances, things go wrong and units will come to the end of their life. This is impacted by a number of factors, but it is important to have regular servicing so that the MVHR or MEV system can run effectively, and isn't battling against the dust, debris and grease. 

Often the cost of replacement part v a full replacement isn't as different as you think.  We offer full replacement MVHR units at competitive prices, and you'll benefit from a new warranty whichy is usually 5 years, compared to parts which are usually 12 months.
