Constructed in 2014, this large scale and fast-paced project required meticulous planning and precision, attention to detail and multiple teams onboard to deliver the results. We completed the 1st and 2nd fix of over 1300 MEV systems with rigid ducting at this new build development.
Utilising our bespoke my.HRV project management tool, we were able to quickly and effiiciently uploaded and share over 3000 documents including plot designs, method statements, 1st & 2nd fix certificates and DVC's (domestic ventilation compliance certificates) with our client, helping keep track of progress in real time throughout the project.

MEV Extract Ventilation
A centralised extract system ducted to multiple 'wet rooms' (bathrooms, kitchen, utility) within the property running at trickle speed continously and boosting via humidity sensing or manual switching.
Compliant with Approved Document F: Means of Ventilation
